WIRESAFE PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how WireSafe, LLC and our subsidiaries and affiliates (“WireSafe,” “we,” or “us”) who post this Privacy Policy collect, use, and disclose information about you. 

This Privacy Policy covers the collection and use of certain personal information from you and/or your authorized users in your capacity as a business customer (collectively, “Business User”) in order to facilitate our business relationship with you and provide you our products and services (collectively, “Business User Information”).  We do not offer products and services for personal or household use and so, this Privacy Policy does not cover processing of personal information collected from consumers who are not Business Users.

We provide certain services (“Services”) on our site that enable Business Users that manage funds relating to a transaction to communicate information and instructions with other Business Users who will receive those funds (collectively, “Transaction Parties” or individually, a “Transaction Party”)). Transaction Parties may disclose or provide information relating to their customers, third parties, or other individuals on or through our Services. Each respective Transaction Party controls and is responsible for any such information it discloses when using our Services, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to that information or the privacy practices of any Transaction Party or Business User.

WireSafe does not hold, transfer, exchange, or receive any actual funds or monies through its Services, and its Services do not provide or include any payment processing or money transmission services.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this Privacy Policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice. We collect information you provide directly to us. The Business User Information we may collect from you and/or your authorized users includes: your name, business name, job title, email address associated with your business, business postal and billing address, and business phone number.

We allow others to provide analytics services for us or on our behalf.
